1. www.iwifi-portal.com is a Venue for the downloading and managing of wifi vending machines. www.iwifi-portal.com is owned and operated by IWIFI PORTAL.

The www.iwifi-portal.com Site acts as a venue to allow builders and individuals download contents to build their own machines. iWiFi Portal has no control over the quality of the machines sold by such individual machine builders.

2. Site Usage Policies.

The Site's services may only be used by, individuals who are 18 years and who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You hereby represent that you are at least 18 years old and that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful. www.iwifi-portal.com may, in its sole discretion, refuse to offer access to or use of the Site to any person or entity and change the Site's eligibility criteria at any time.

IWIFI PORTAL trademarks and trade dress may not be used, including as part of trademarks and/or as part of domain names or email addresses, in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion.

5. Access and Interference.

www.iwifi-portal.com may contain robot exclusion headers which contain internal rules for software usage. Much of the information on the Site is updated on a real-time basis and is proprietary or is licensed to www.iwifi-portal.com by IWIFI PORTAL users or third-parties. 7. Limit of Liability.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT IWIFI PORTAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES; (ii) THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES OR PRODUCTS OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO ON THE WEBSITE OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE WEBSITE; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE WEBSITE, THE SERVICES, TRANSACTIONS OR THE PRODUCTS SOLD IN SUCH TRANSACTIONS. 8. Indemnity.

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD WWW.IWIFI-PORTAL.COM AND (AS APPLICABLE) IWIFI PORTAL PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES, HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM OR DEMAND, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES, MADE BY ANY THIRD PARTY DUE TO OR ARISING OUT OF YOUR BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT OR THE DOCUMENTS IT INCORPORATES BY REFERENCE, ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY MADE BY YOU HEREIN, OR YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY LAW OR THE RIGHTS OF A THIRD PARTY.

9. No USAGE Guarantee.

IWIFI PORTAL does not guarantee continuous uninterrupted access to the Site and operation of the Site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside IWIFI PORTAL control.

10. Severability.

If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, then such provision will be modified and all remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

11. No Agency.

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement. The User and IWIFI PORTAL are independent.

12. IWIFI PORTAL's Right of Service.

IWIFI PORTAL reserves the right to modify or terminate the www.iwifi-portal.com service for any reason, without notice, at any time. IWIFI PORTAL reserves the right to alter these Terms of Use or other Site policies at any time. If IWIFI PORTAL makes a material change IWIFI PORTAL will notify you, by email, by means of a notice on our home page, or other places IWIFI PORTAL deems appropriate. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined, in good faith, and using common sense and reasonable judgment at IWIFI PORTAL's sole discretion.

13. Choice of Law.

This Agreement shall in all respects be interpreted and construed with and by the laws of the United States, excluding its conflicts of laws rules.

14. Survival.

Sections 3 (Sales and Refunds), 4.( IWIFI PORTAL, Intellectual Property), 5.(Access and Interference), 7. (Limit of Liability., 8. (Indemnity.), 10. (Severability.), 11. (No Agency.), 12. (IWIFI PORTAL's Right of Service.) 13. (Choice of Law.) , shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.

15. Infringement Claims/Copyright Agent.

If you believe that any material contained on the website infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you should notify Company of your copyright infringement claim in accordance with the following procedure. Company will process notices of alleged infringement which it receives and will take appropriate action as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws. The DMCA requires that notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to this website's Designated Agent who is:
